Your Expanso.io account.

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and are non-refundable. If you do not cancel a service or upgrade before the end of the subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize Expanso to collect the then-applicable fees using the payment information on record.

Certain optional hosting and support services may be provided by Expanso under separate terms and conditions. By signing up for such services, you agree to abide by the respective terms and conditions.
Content posted on other websites.
Expanso has no control over the content of websites and webpages linked to from expanso.io. Expanso is not responsible for the content or use of those external websites and webpages. Visitors assume all risks associated with visiting and using non-expanso.io websites and webpages.
Copyright infringement.
Expanso respects the intellectual property rights of others. Limitation of liability
In no event will Expanso, its suppliers, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, the cost of procurement for substitute products or services, interruption of use, or loss or corruption of data. Expanso’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Expanso under these Terms in the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action.
General representation and warranty.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expanso, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
Miscellaneous.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Expanso and you concerning the subject matter hereof and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of Expanso. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of State of Delaware. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
